ULVAC的真空閥是基于ULVAC在真空領(lǐng)域豐富的技術(shù)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)開發(fā)的。
從大氣壓到極高真空，對(duì)應(yīng)廣泛的需求提供豐富的系列產(chǎn)品。

特點(diǎn)

SUS角閥可以烘烤至150℃。
連接法蘭有4種類型可選擇：JIS-VF，ISO-KF，ISO-K和ISO-CF。
提供單動(dòng)式和復(fù)動(dòng)式2種。單動(dòng)式僅需要一個(gè)氣動(dòng)管線。
不銹鋼材料。（但是，VLP-U由鐵制成，VAP，VAH和VFR由鋁制成。）
